ABOUT US
In our practice in the university- and mining town of Leoben we speak German, Styrian and English. We will take care of your concerns as a patient and will do our utmost to help you with all the formalities surrounding your examination.
Our phone lines are open Monday – Thursday from 8am – 12pm and 2pm – 5pm, and Friday from 8am – 11.30am. When we arrange your appointment, we will inform you whether any preparations are required for your examination, and, if so, what you should do (for example, fasting before your appointment).
Prior to any examination, we will take time for a detailed conversation with you, to inform you and explain to you the benefits and possible risks of any given examination, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Our group practice opened in January 2024. Our staff were previously employed at our predecessor practice and therefore have many years of experience in dealing with the concerns, needs and issues of our patients.

- Training as a specialist for medical radiology diagnostics at the
Zentralröntgeninstitut (ZRI) at the LKH Hochsteiermark in Leoben - Consultant at the ZRI Leoben, with additional qualifications in interventional radiology
- Deputy director at Dr Pelzmann’s radiology practice in Leoben
- 2022: Independent specialist for radiology, succeeding Dr Pelzmann
- January 2024: Opening of the group practice for radiology (Radiology Practice Leoben) with Dr Günter Matzenauer
